Facilities

Houston Christian University’s campus is close-knit and carefully designed to blend convenience with meaningful connection. Centered around a central mall, HCU’s grounds serve as a beautiful backdrop for our faculty, students, and guests, whether taking a quick walk to class, gathering for a shaded picnic study hour, or taking a mid-morning stroll.

Hinton Center
The Hinton Center serves as a landmark for HCU’s campus and currently houses the College of Education and Behavioral Sciences and the Archie W. Dunham College of Business. Featuring both seating for large audiences (100+ persons) and mid-sized conference rooms, the Hinton Center offers flexible space to suit the needs of our students and staff. Also housed in the Hinton Center is HCU’s Graduate School and the university’s Human Resources department.

Cullen Science Center and Cullen Science II
The Cullen Science Center plays a critical role in the success of our STEM and pre-med students, offering both laboratory and classroom spaces. The Cullen Science II building houses the Linda Dunham School of Nursing in which nursing students have access to top-notch training via a simulation lab and computer assisted technologies.

Residential Buildings
HCU houses over 900 residential students within these five dormitory areas. Students who live on HCU’s campus not only have a quick commute to class, but can also utilize other residential facilities such as the Husky Village pool and a barbecue and picnic area. Residential students also benefit from a short walk to HCU’s Bradshaw Fitness Center, where other recreational activities are available.
