SPB is a group of student leaders that are committed to serving the HBU student body and enhancing the college experience by providing entertaining and educational events.

The activities start on Sunday, October 9th with Paws Across Campus and continues all week leading up to the big Homecoming game….. Homecoming 2016 Football Game Saturday, October 15th HBU Huskies vs. Nicholls State Colonels
Serve Houston is a time for all Huskies to join together and serve our community.
We start with a worship service together and then a send off to be the hands and feet of Christ to our city.
Spring Fling is an HBU tradition to help celebrate a year well done! During the last week of school, SPB will plan an event or events to celebrate the end of the year and welcome the summer!!
What better way to fellowship with your fellow Huskies than through sharing a meal!! Whether it is a holiday or a special occasion, SPB partners with Aramark Food Services to bring some fun to lunch!

- Thanksgiving Luncheon (partnered with Student Government Association)
- Black Heritage Luncheon
Husky Howl is a new tradition at HBU to help our Huskies get ready for the big game!! On the Friday before home football games come out to Holcombe Mall at 9 pm to party the night away and get pumped for the game the next day!
SPB is joined by our HBU Cheer Team, Elite Dance Team, HBU Band, and sometimes even special guests. Every Howl, attendees get free give-a-ways……SO DON’T MISS IT!!!
Food Truck Thursdays
We have the great privilege of being in the city of Houston that is full of diverse cultures and food!
SPB brings fun, hip, trendy, and delicious food trucks onto campus each week! Come out to Holcombe Mall from 11am-2 pm and get a taste of Houston every Thursday!
