Dr. Stan Napper joined HCU in 2017 after serving on the faculty of Louisiana Tech University for the previous 33 years. He is the founding dean and professor of Engineering for HCU’s College of Engineering. HCU’s official commissioning of the College of Engineering is in January 2018.
