Culture Influencers: Joshua R. Farris

Dr. Joshua R. Farris, assistant professor of Theology, has co-edited a collection entitled “Being Saved: Explorations in Human Salvation,” which is now available. The collection is comprised primarily of dogmatic and systematic theologians touching on a theme relevant to the doctrine of salvation. “Being Saved” has a variety of perspectives, backgrounds and topical discussions all addressed from the perspective of dogmatic theology. Dr. Farris has also contributed a co-authored chapter on a modified Anselmian theory of atonement.

Alongside the publication of the Being Saved, Dr. Farris wrote a short piece for the SCM Press Blog, which offers a tasting of the collection.
