Dr. Katie Alaniz
, assistant professor of Education, and Dr. Dawn Wilson, professor of Education, presented on a panel at the TECCSES* Technology Consortium at the Pearland ISD district headquarters on May 10, 2018. The session was entitled “Back to the Future: Are You Ready?” It focused upon ensuring that schools, faculty, and students are prepared for teaching and learning in the 21st century and beyond! This presentation incorporated concepts from their books entitled Naturalizing Digital Immigrants: The Power of Collegial Coaching for Technology Integration and Digital Media in Today’s Classrooms: The Potential for Meaningful Teaching, Learning, and Assessment, which were both published by Rowman & Littlefield.
