Culture Influencers: Katie Alaniz and Dawn Wilson

Dr. Katie Alaniz, assistant professor of education, and Dr. Dawn Wilson, professor of education,  were invited to present at the International Orality Network’s North American Conference, which took place in Colorado Springs, Colorado, from September 11 through 13. Dr. Alaniz was able to present their session entitled “Captivating Learners through the Art of Digital Storytelling.” This session integrated concepts contained within their article which was recently published by Assist News Service and the International Orality Network in June, 2017.
