HBU Help Desk

The HBU Help Desk provides phone, email, and walk-in direct consulting to faculty, staff, and students and escalation or referral to campus help desks and service providers. HBU ITS utilizes student employees for several support issues. For issues that cannot be resolved at the student support level, a support incident will be created and assigned to a full-time employee.
