Dr. Fridge has 30 years experience as a public school educator. She holds certification as a Superintendent, Principal, Counselor and Teacher. During her 30 years as an educator, she served as a middle and high school teacher, a middle and high school counselor, an intermediate assistant principal, an elementary principal and a district HR administrator. Her HR duties included working with field experience and student teachers, certification, NCLB qualification, hiring, investigations and grievances. She has served on Educational Advisory Committees for 8 universities. Her doctoral studies included study of Urban and Comparative Education and Educational Leadership in a Global Society during an international study at the University of Beijing in China.
