STEP 1- PARTICIPATE IN A FREE CLASS
Come try out a class on us and see how you like it. In your first class you will be greeted by a coach who will get to know you and your fitness background. You will receive plenty of hands on coaching on day one, and this will continue through all your days at Altus. Whether you are new or an everyday member your safety is our number one concern along with helping you to be as successful in your health and fitness as possible.
STEP 2- FOLLOW UP WITH A COACH ON YOUR EXPERIENCE
After your free trial class a coach will make contact and follow up with you about your experience and go over the membership options that we offer. Any questions or concerns that you may have will be thoroughly covered, as well as what your personal goals may be.
STEP 3- SIGN UP
Our CrossFit workouts are designed to help you get into the best shape of your life. They will help improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, power, endurance, and your overall functionality in life.

Olympic Lifting classes are designed to be very hands on to help you improve your technique, along with improving your explosiveness and strength.
$99 / month
1-on-1 Training is used to work closely with clients looking to improve their health and fitness outside of a group setting class in a more personable environment.
