Enrollment and Degree Verification Information

Enrollment/degree verifications are requested for a variety of reasons including loan deferment, international student IDs, health insurance, good student discounts, scholarship applications, jury duty, etc.

Houston Christian University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications to companies requesting such information. These certifications printed via the National Student Clearinghouse should be accepted as official certification of any HCU student’s attendance and/or enrollment.

Only those certification requests which require information not in the possession of the National Student Clearinghouse will be handled by the Office of Academic Records.
