An Honors College isn’t a place or a building.

It’s an experience built around an environment of learning constantly, asking questions, searching for truth and building a lifestyle of curiosity.

It’s a series of relationships with fellow students, dedicated faculty and the larger community.

Within the context of our Christian faith, students can be inspired to learn and develop their moral and intellectual lives.

In so doing, they can help to change the world.

The Honors College provides students with a challenging liberal arts foundation upon which to build their selected majors.

The first duty of a university is to teach Wisdom, not a trade; character, not technicalities.
Sir Winston Churchill
