International Students
Welcome, Bienvenido, Irashaimasu, Swaagatam, Willkommen, Hoan nghênh! Wherever you may be from, chances are you will feel at home at HBU. The University has a very diverse student population coming from many different cultural and religious backgrounds. An international student is defined as any student attending the University who does not have the classification of United States Citizen or Permanent Resident status as defined by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. "HBU is an amazing university which has given me the opportunity to further my education and broaden my knowledge. With its outstanding diversity, I have developed deep and meaningful relationships not only with students but with faculty and staff also. Besides academics, its competitive athletic department has helped me develop my talents as a soccer player. As an international student, I did not expect such a fulfilling experience. I can truly say that HBU has become my 'home away from home.'" -- George Sangira, Kenya
