Convocation/Sunday Evening Service
Convocation and Sunday Evening Service is a medium for a credible, sensitive, comprehensive witness to life in Christ, by which people are introduced and encouraged to salvation and spiritual growth, to the building of community within a diverse student body and faculty, and to the sharing of ideas, information, and talents for the enhancement of life. Convocation/Sunday Evening Service is considered the equivalent of chapel on other campuses. It is a vital part of our HBU community. Our students, faculty and staff meet each Wednesday from 11:00 am to 11:50 am for Convocation in the Dunham Theater, Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 4:50 pm on the 2nd Floor of the Baugh in Room 230 and Sunday from 7:00-7:50 pm in Belin Chapel.
