Accreditation

Houston Baptist University is proud to offer some of its graduate programs in a 100% online format.  It is important to note that the programs selected for online delivery are those that have an excellent track record in the face-to-face format on campus, and in many cases, employ the same fulltime faculty for instruction. HBU faculty is trained extensively to deliver the highest quality courses infused with Christian faith and love for our students. No program has been developed solely for online delivery.

Houston Baptist University is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award the associate, baccalaureate, and master's degrees.

Student Verification

Houston Baptist University values the integrity of every student and his/her academic work.  In an effort to protect our students, every student will have their identification authenticated several times during each course.
