  • Any final or updated college transcripts
  • Bring your completed HBU Meningitis Form and Proof of Vaccination (if not already turned in).  If you will be under the age of 22 on January 19, 2016, we must have these items or you will not be allowed to register, per Texas law.
  • Please take a picture of or make note of the license plate of the car that you will be using on campus so that you can register for and receive your HBU parking pass.

Anything Else?

What will be provided for me at Spring Registration Day?

  • You will be given your "Progress Towards Degree" evaluation and taken to meet with an advisor in your chosen field.
  • The opportunity to register for your parking pass and have your HBU student ID made.
  • The opportunity to meet with Financial Aid counselors and get help with making payment arrangements.
  • Great opportunities to meet the campus community, meet fellow new Huskies, and gain valuable information concerning your transition to HBU!

Do I need to meet with an advisor before I attend this event?

  • No. All new transfer students will meet with an advisor in their major to be advised on classes before registration.

Do I have to pay my tuition and fees at the event?

  • You will not be required to make full payment during Spring Registration.
  • You will, however, be asked to make payment arrangements at the event, which often includes paying $50 to set up a payment plan.
  • Our Financial Aid and Cashier's Office staff will be available and happy to help you with your financial aid and payment plan questions.
