Make an Appointment:

Should you have any specific questions or would like to schedule an appointment please call (281) 649-3211 or email llam@hbu.edu. If you are unable to make an appointment during the posted times below, please indicate a specific time when you schedule an appointment. We will try to accommodate your request.

  • Available Appointment times: M-F 9am-11:30am; 1:30pm-4:30pm
  • OISS Location: Husky Central, in the Brown Administration Building



Sending Documents:

The following documents may be sent directly by the applicant by email, fax, or mail:
  • International Documents (Copy of I-20, I-94, Visa, Passports, etc.)
  • Financial Affidavit
  • Bank Documents
  • Transfer-in Form

The following documents must be mailed by the issuing institution and be ORIGINAL:
  • Academic Documents (TOEFL, SAT, ACT, etc.)
  • Transcript Evaluations

We ask that all your documents be sent together with contact information attached. This will make the process much quicker.
