Houston Civic Symphony
All string students as well as wind/brass/percussion students (selected by audition) perform in the Houston Civic Symphony (
www.civicsymphony.org). Conducted by Dr. Brian Runnels, the orchestra has a long history of performing challenging and enjoyable repertoire in five concerts during the year. In 2008-2009 the orchestra will perform the following works:
