Bilingual Education Student Organization (BESO)
The purpose of this organization shall be to:

Promote bilingual education

To enhance the study of the Spanish language and culture as they apply to bilingual education

To provide the students the means by which they may acquaint themselves with the aforesaid

Through the participation in activities which normally fall beyond the scope of classroom endeavors

Promote professional awareness in future bilingual teachers through participation in the Texas Association for Bilingual Education
