Dr. Morton-King’s teaching focus is on Organizational Behavior and Organizational Development.
Additional Information
Dr. Morton-King’s publications and professional presentations have included work in gender differences in employee evaluations, stress & coping, and employment selection. Her recent research interests include spirituality in the workplace, organizational development, and impression management.<br />

Dr. Morton-King’s background as an OD Consultant has contributed to her ability to discuss management theory with her students in such a way that demonstrates the practicality and usefulness of those theories in the workplace.<br />
<br />
Dr. Morton-King is married and has one precious daughter in middle school. Together the three Kings are active members of Crosspoint Church in Bellaire, serving in the Children’s Ministry and the Youth Ministry as Bible Study Leaders. She loves spending time, both quality and quantity, with her family, traveling to new places, being still before the Lord, and celebrating the joy of living in Him.<br />
