Program includes:
  • Mobility/Flexibility - foam rolling and various stretching techniques.
  • Speed Development - acceleration, deceleration and linear/lateral movement.
  • Power Training - plyometrics, medicine ball training and Olympic lifts.
  • Strength Training - ground-based training using a blend of body weight and free weight exercise.
  • Conditioning - various methods to prepare for the demands of sport.
  • Nutrition Education - establishment of proper nutrition habits.

Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays
3:00 -4:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
2 days/week:  $199/month
3 days/week:  $299/month
