Nutrition Basics Classes

Nutrition educational lectures are offered monthly to provide guidance to support a healthy lifestyle. Along with a good fitness plan, proper nutrition is essential to maintaining a healthy weight and body.

This class will offer education and tips on a variety of nutrition topics, including the food guide pyramid, portion size, calorie counting, fad dieting, reading nutrition labels and more to help you be successful in your weight loss plan.
